We know you'll love your new Wallplanks! But if for some reason, it just doesn't work out, here's our return policy:
Looking for a refund? Here's the good news! All of our cartons can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We understand that everyone changes their mind at some point. With the exception of sample orders, as long as your refund request is submitted within the first 30 days of purchase, you will see your refund issued back to the card with which you placed the order. Unfortunately, if your request is not received within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund. In order to be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging. Wallplanks.com will deduct the cost of freight from your total return amount. Samples are ineligible for a refund.
Love your planks but need toexchange?
Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Missed the 30-day window for a return or exchange?
You're in luck! All cartons can still be returned for an online credit up to 60 days after placing your original order. A credit will be issued via a unique discount code for the full order value at the time of purchase. However, should the 60 days pass, we won't be able to offer a store credit. As in other cases, in order to be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.
